Step (1)-Within the Plesk control panel, Select Resellers from the Hosting Services menu within the left menu bar.
Step (2)-Click Add New Reseller.
Step (3)-You will be presented with a form to fill out with details of the new reseller including a Username and Password to allow the reseller access to the Plesk control panel.
