How to Change PHP version In cloud
Open environment creation select php then shows oprtion
Horizontal scaling > PHP select the version as per requirement.
Then after click Create or apply button, In order to change the version of PHP for the already existing environment, click the Redeploy containers icon next to the appropriate layer.
