- Log into WHM.
- Click on Plugins.
- Click on ConfigServer Security & Firewall.
- Navigate to the ConfigServer Firewall section below, where you will find options for managing IP addresses.
- In the Search for IP option, enter your IP address and click the Search for IP button. You will either receive a confirmation that the IP address was blocked, along with the reason, or a confirmation that the IP is not blacklisted.
- To unblock the IP address, simply click the gold lock icon.
