- Login to your cPanel account.
- the Files section, click the File Manager icon.
- Go to the file that you want to delete, right-click on it and click on the Delete option.
- You can also select the file and click the Delete option in the top toolbar.

Restoring deleted files
- Deleted a file by accident? If you have not checked the Skip the trash and permanently delete the files option, then you can recover the deleted files from the Trash folder.
- Click View Trash from the toolbar.
- Select the file or folder you want to restore.
- Click Restore from the top toolbar.
- Alternatively, you can right-click on the file and select Restore from the options menu.
- Confirm that you want to restore.
